The Equality and Diversity Unit is pleased to share the Athena Swan Resource Bank, a one-stop hub for guidance, templates, and best practices to support your application. 

The resource bank includes:

• Tools to conduct a gender or cultural audit
• Additional Oxford-specific notes and guidance
