Alice joined Oxford in September 2020. She was previously Director of Organisational Development (OD) at UCL where she transformed how the unit functioned and delivered organisational change at scale. In 2017, she was awarded the Gareth Williams Prize for her work on communities of practice. Alice was formerly the Director of Development at global leadership consultancy, specialising in aligning people, culture and strategy. Alice is founder and CEO of WHEN, a national network uniting all women in higher education to accelerate change.
