Daisy Hung

I have been seconded to support the work of the Race Equality Task Force this year, and I welcome the opportunity to work with colleagues to help create positive change within the University aiming to advance racial and social justice. Within the Mathematical, Physical and Life Sciences Division, I lead a team working to embed equality and diversity in all that we do, and cultivate a culture of inclusion and collaboration among our departments. I am also a mediator for Student Welfare and Support Services’ Student Resolution Service, and a Specialist Advisor for the Sexual Harassment and Violence Support Service. Before coming to Oxford, I lived in San Francisco, California, and had a varied career as a public interest lawyer representing domestic violence survivors, a careers advisor for law students, and a diversity practitioner.
