Tracy is a policy and communications officer based in central HR in UAS with responsibility for revising HR policies and processes to ensure they remain up to date and fit for purpose. Before joining UAS she undertook a variety of HR roles at the Said Business School and in her last HR role provided HR support to the schools early career research staff.
