As the Communications and Marketing Officer at Oxford University Science Park, Begbroke, I interact with a wide variety of people every day, which gives me the opportunity to help raise awareness and promote inclusivity.

Being an LGBT+ ally is important to me because it’s about ensuring everyone feels respected, supported, and able to be themselves, both at work and in everyday life. I highly recommend the LGBT+ Allies training session to everyone, as it provides practical insight on how we can be more inclusive and supportive allies.
