As someone who works directly with students, I encounter and support diversity on a daily basis. It’s so important to be visible and show all students that Oxford is for them, no matter who they are or how they identify. Bi- and pansexuality are often dismissed by people both inside and outside the LGBTQIA+ community and reinforcing their legitimacy is something I’m very passionate about in my own time. I decided to join the LGBT+ Role Models programme to take that passion and introduce it to my work life as well!
