As an assistant course administrator I support a team of senior course administrators in the tasks required to run a diverse range of short courses for the department of continuing education. I was interested in becoming an LGBT+ Ally due to close family and friends connections to the community and the need for greater awareness and support for each area of the community throughout both working and personal life. Being an ally is a great opportunity to spread awareness, continue to expand your own knowledge and to be a positive force for acceptance and change.
