I head up the university’s response to sexual harassment and violence alongside wider student welfare work. Holding difference and diversity at the centre of our work with students is essential in having support services that are open, accessible, and where people can be themselves and safe. Being an LGBT+ Ally for me is a commitment to keep improving and striving to do more.
